From the Nas app
Open the Nas application and go to:
User Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Follow the instructions shown in the application to verify and confirm your account deletion request.
What happens after confirmation?
After you confirm the account deletion request:
- ✓Your current account will be immediately deactivated.
- ✓You will no longer be able to sign in to the deactivated account.
- ✓Active sessions and account access permissions will be revoked.
- ✓Your profile and associated content will no longer be available through normal access.
- ✓Data subject to deletion will be permanently deleted from operational systems within a maximum of 30 days.
- ✓Associated images, videos, and files will also be removed from active storage as part of the deletion process.
Wallet balance
Withdraw or transfer any available wallet balance before confirming account deletion. Any remaining balance may be forfeited after deletion is confirmed.
Registering again
After deletion, you may register again using the same email address or phone number. A new registration creates a completely new account and will not restore your previous account, profile, content, communications, files, or other information.
Backups & legal retention
Some information may remain for a limited period in secure backups or may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, financial, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained information will not be used to restore or continue operating the deleted account.
